Some of Prahran’s most iconic heritage buildings are being transformed into a contemporary destination for creative and professional communities to work and thrive in: Cecil Place Precinct.

The project comprises of 5,337m2 of office, 1,525 m2 of retail and a triple level basement with 57 carparking spaces. The development includes a central ground floor piazza accessed via Cecil Place, humming with retail, art, hospitality and entertainment. The Union Bank of Australia building situated on the corner of Chapel Street and Cecil Place is being converted into a 750m2 hospitality venue with rooftop bar featuring panoramic views.
The development is currently under construction with practical completion slated for June 2026.
